This Reservation Policy establishes the terms and conditions applicable to all bookings made with Lake Titicaca S.A.C.<\/strong> (hereinafter, \u201cthe Company\u201d). By making a reservation, the Client agrees to the following conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

1. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • A 30% deposit<\/strong> of the total tour cost is required to confirm any reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Once the deposit is received, the reservation will be considered confirmed and secured<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
    \n\n\n\n

    2. PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Remaining balance:<\/strong> The remaining 70%<\/strong> must be paid no later than 7 days prior<\/strong> to the tour start date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Last-minute reservations:<\/strong> Bookings made less than 7 days before<\/strong> the start of the tour require full payment (100%)<\/strong> at the time of booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Accepted payment methods:<\/strong> Bank transfer, mobile payments, credit\/debit card (when available), or cash (subject to prior coordination).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Failure to complete payment within the established deadlines may result in the automatic cancellation<\/strong> of the reservation without refund of the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n\n\n\n

      3. REQUIRED INFORMATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      To process reservations and issue tickets or permits, the Client must provide accurate and complete personal information, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Full name (as shown on passport or ID)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Passport or identification number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Nationality<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Date of birth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        The Company is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n\n\n\n

        4. SPECIAL SERVICES AND REQUESTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Special requests such as dietary requirements, medical conditions, accessibility needs, or customized services must be communicated at the time of booking<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        While Lake Titicaca will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requests, fulfillment is subject to availability and third-party providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n\n\n\n

        5. NON-TRANSFERABILITY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Reservations are personal and non-transferable<\/strong>. Changes to the participant\u2019s name or identity may be subject to additional fees or may not be permitted, depending on the policies of service providers and government authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        6. CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        Any request to modify a confirmed reservation (dates, itinerary, services, or participants) must be submitted in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Certain services, such as train tickets, Machu Picchu permits, or restricted attractions, may not allow modifications once issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          7. NO-SHOW POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Failure to appear at the designated meeting point, time, or departure location will be considered a no-show<\/strong> and will result in 100% charge<\/strong>, with no refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          \n\n\n\n

          8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Some services included in your reservation (transportation, accommodation, train tickets, entrance fees) are operated by third-party providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Lake Titicaca acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations caused by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          By making a reservation with Lake Titicaca S.A.C., the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Reservation Policy, as well as the Company\u2019s Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
